Sam Salenger, PCC brings a unique blend of educational background and somatic wisdom to nervous system work. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and certified Somatic Practitioner for Trauma Resolution, Sam has spent the past eight years guiding individuals toward greater mental wellbeing and resilience. Sam's journey began in education before transitioning to mental health coaching, where a deep curiosity about the body's role in healing led to specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. This evolution culminated in certification in Somatic Experiencing, recognizing that lasting change happens when we engage both mind and body. With eight years of experience supporting clients through stress, anxiety, trauma recovery, and substance reduction or elimination, Sam understands how nervous system dysregulation often underlies addictive patterns. Sam is passionate about demystifying nervous system responses and empowering people with practical, body-based tools for regulation that address root causes rather than just symptoms. Sam's approach combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with gentle somatic practices, creating safe spaces where participants can explore their own capacity for healing and resilience.
